"Visual Musings"
I find my work can be a bit poetic, expressive and evocative, yet it can be a form of expression that goes beyond simple representation.

Visual Artist • Art Educator • Animal Advocate
I’m Fareeha Usman, a visual artist from Pakistan with over 12 years of experience living and working in Oman. Holding a Master’s degree in Fine Arts, I’ve dedicated much of my life to teaching art, coordinating creative programs, and nurturing artistic expression in others. My work celebrates culture, nature, and the emotional landscapes shaped by personal experience and spiritual reflection.
At the heart of my creative practice is a deep connection to line, texture, color, and form — often expressed through watercolor, mixed media, and elements of weaving. I draw inspiration from everyday life, Islamic art, and the beauty found in both seen and unseen places.
My art is not just visual — it’s personal and purposeful. As a passionate animal lover and street animal rescuer, I see my creative work as a form of service. A portion of every sale goes toward supporting and caring for animals in need. I dream of building a world-class sanctuary where abandoned animals can find healing, dignity, and care.
For me, art and compassion are inseparable. Each piece I create is a quiet act of advocacy — a voice for the voiceless, a reflection of empathy, and a reminder that beauty lies in kindness. When you engage with my work, you’re also standing with a cause — helping bring light, both to people and to the lives of animals who depend on our humanity.
